REAL (relational sequence alignments & logos)

The system:
The system is able to align logical sequences. Logical or relational sequences are sequences of logical atoms, instead of simple flat symbols like for common alignment tools used for example in bioinformatics. At the moment, the system is not publically available, but this should change soon. Have a look at the publications. If you are interested to collaborate with us please contact me via email.
