During my research life I have
developed a number of applications and systems. One these pages you
will find some which could be of potential interest. Classic'cl is an ILP system, proteinMusic a Java based program to convert DNA in MIDI music, SMIREP is a system for SAR/QSAR, and real
(working name) is a system to align relation (or logical) sequences.
More information is provided on each individual page. The link for scripts will eventually contain a number of Perl and Python scripts which might be usefull to the general public.
